First Floor

A central entry to the complex is via a connector stair at mid level between the first and second floors, which ties the first two floors of the main building to the garage and apartment above. The first floor contains two bedrooms, a tiled "Florida Room", and a utility and laundry area. There is a central shaft adjacent to the interior stair reserved for an elevator, which can be installed later.
