Vincet KlingA building should not only satisfy functional goals and live within the budget, but also reflect the lifestyle and emotional needs of the client, with special attention to the details that make it a tribute to quality and craftsmanship. It should have an enduring value far beyond the high style "flash in the pan" facade designs so common today.

I listen very carefully to you, so that I can understand exactly what you would like. Your building should be tailored to your functional needs and lifestyle and be a reflection of your personality. Our objective is to use my design and construction skills, and your knowledge of what you want, to create a partnership that will result in a quality building which will be uniquely yours and be at home on your site. Sketches and study models are prepared so we can fully explore the design possibilities together.

Once we settle on a design direction, my construction experience and knowledge of building methods and costs gives me the ability to refine the design to meet your budget.

Sometimes special site conditions shape the final design as in a residence I recently designed for a couple in Florida. The building, presently under construction, had to incorporate the client's specific needs and aesthetic goals on a site with a very restricted building area. | Site Plan | Elevations | First Floor | Second Floor | Third Floor |

Proper construction scheduling is cost effective. Critical items should be completed, as in this Main Line home ( before and after ) before bad weather can affect them.

I stay very closely involved throughout the construction process to maintain quality and represent the client in any changes during construction. I document the construction the same way I would if I were building the building myself, as in this New Construction Example.
