First and foremost I listen to you, and keep listening. Your building should be tailored to your functional needs and lifestyle and be a reflection of your personality. Our objective is to use my design and construction skills, and your knowledge of what you want, to create a partnership that will result in a quality building which will be uniquely yours and be at home on your site. The smallest details are important, and there should be a depth of quality even where you can't see it.

The final drawings are CAD produced for accuracy, and detailed cost and time schedules are also computer generated and updated regularly for the client.

I use subcontractors with whom I have had a working relationship for many years. My clients tell me that my people are great to work with, and they are the best, and that is very important to me. It takes about 120 people spread throughout many different trades to build a house, and it is vital that every one does a top-flight job. After the design is complete, I stay personally involved and strive for quality, on time, and within agreed upon budget.

New Construction
We have the design - build capability to take a project from site selection and planning approvals through building design, permits, and construction.This provides the client a single source of responsibility for the total New Construction

Additions and Renovations
We have the ability to design and construct a seamless addition or renovation to most any building. Period moldings, cabinetry, doors, and finish materials can be reproduced, while modern structural and mechanical systems can be hidden and work efficiently. We can update the interior of an historic building to make it more functional and livable, while taking advantage of existing stone and woodwork to preserve the original character.
