First we listen to you and determine exactly what your needs are - time, budget, goals and objectives.

Depending on the size and nature of the project, we can reinforce your team or put one together for you, from people with whom I have worked before, and I know are outstanding in their fields. I find it best and most cost effective to work this way, since we only use people on an as needed basis, and the team members have specific, related experience, and are local to the area. On a large subdivision, for example, we may need survey, civil engineering, soil scientists, traffic engineering, and possibly legal. On a construction project, I have subcontractors most of whom I have worked with for more than 10 years. On a restoration or addition, Kling Custom Woodworking is available for special cabinetry, furniture, and millwork.
