Prior to starting my own Planning / Design / Construction company, I was a partner in The Kling - Lindquist Partnership. I was responsible for the planning, zoning and site approvals, and the building design for many large projects including office, hotel, industrial, corporate, and research uses. Representative projects included zoning and approvals for office parks and building designs for various developers and corporate clients, regional corporate headquarters buildings around the country, hotels and conference centers, a microelectronics facility in North Carolina, and various land use evaluations for major corporations and The Army Corps of Engineers.

Since starting Vincent G. Kling, Jr., Inc. in 1988, I have concentrated on many types of land planning and subdivision work for clients with varied interests and objectives. The projects ranged from quick studies to determine best use and to set value, to planning and subdivision of large tracts of land including coordination of consultants. Design and construction projects include custom designed and constructed homes in Chester County and surrounding areas.

Depending on the size and nature of the project, Vincent G. Kling, Jr., Inc. can reinforce your team or put one together for you, from people with whom we have worked before, and we know are outstanding in their fields. It is best and most cost effective to work this way, since we use the best people on an as needed basis, and the team members have specific, related experience to a client's own project, and are local to the area. Over the years, we have formed working relationships with highly qualified people from all of the disciplines required for design, approval, and construction of small or large projects.
