SITE PLANNING WORK
BUILDING DESIGN:

The following architectural and planning projects were accomplished while president of Vincent G. Kling, Jr., Inc., or as a partner in The Kling Partnership and Kling/Lindquist, Inc. The work entailed extensive site planning and analysis work, traffic and market/economic analysis, construction feasibility studies, architectural design, coordination of consultants, and work with governmental and local authorities for project approvals including planning, zoning, and subdivision, and construction observation / coordination.

Henderson Group:
Site analysis, special soil and environmental analysis, master plan, re-zoning, subdivision, Phila. Int'l Airport impacts, financial feasibility studies, graphics and presentations, 3 million sq. ft. master planned buildings, 400,000 sq. ft. initial building design, 275 ac. Airport Business Center, office park, Delaware Co., PA.

Church Farm School:
Master plan, site analysis, subdivision, re-zoning (open space, office park) 550 ac., Exton, PA, prior to sale to Rouse. Glen Loch at The Church Farm School: Planning, financial structure, design of non?profit life care community (not constructed).

Guardian Life:
Site selection, site analysis and master planning, subdivision, zoning, 450,000 sq. ft. total building design, Allentown, PA., Appleton, WS., Spokane, WA. (regional expansion across U.S.)

Prudential Real Estate Development:
Site selection, master planning, site and subdivision analysis, zoning, building design, King of Prussia and Horsham, PA., architectural design for 800,000 sq. ft. buildings total.

General Electric Microelectronics Center:
Site selection, master planning, zoning, film production for presentations and approvals, building design, 150 ac. Research Triangle Park, NC, 600,000 sq. ft. master planned construction, 150,000 sq. ft. initial construction, office and lab.

General Dynamics:

Marriott Corporation:
